Terms & Conditions – Esperance Sea Stays
Welcome to Esperance Sea Stays. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Damage Deposit
Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be paid in accordance with the payment terms advised at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received as required.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund (100%) of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained.
• Failure to arrive for a booking without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 14 days of arrival and is non-refundable.
Alterations and Transfers
Requests to alter or transfer a booking must be submitted in writing via email and are subject to availability and management approval.
Approved booking transfers may incur a transfer fee equivalent to one (1) night’s accommodation.
Alterations requested within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are not guaranteed and will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Refundable Damage Deposit
As part of our direct booking process, a refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings.
The deposit amount varies depending on the property and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation.
The deposit will be processed as a pre-authorisation against the credit card provided and will be released after checkout once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be left in good condition.
In the event that damage, excessive cleaning, loss, or any breach of the booking terms is identified, the deposit may be retained in part or in full to cover associated costs.
Where the cost of repairs, replacement, additional cleaning, or other loss exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, the guest agrees to be responsible for and pay any additional costs incurred.
2. Access information
Access with Check-in time will be emailed the day prior to arrival.
• Check-in: From 2PM
• Check-out: Strictly By 10AM (Charges may apply for late check outs)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Guests are required to leave the property in a reasonable condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply where required.
3. Use of Property
Guests agree to:
• Use the property for residential accommodation purposes only
• Not exceed the number of guests specified in the booking
• Respect neighbouring properties and avoid excessive noise
Any breach of these conditions may result in termination of the booking without refund.
4. Liability & Loss
Esperance Sea Stays is not responsible for:
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the stay except where required by law
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
5. Website Use
Unless otherwise stated, Esperance Sea Stays owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may not:
• Republish, sell, or redistribute material from this website
• Reproduce or copy content for commercial purposes
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esperance Sea Stays excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the website and the use of this website.
We do not guarantee that:
• The website will always be available
• Information provided is completely accurate or up to date
